I used the be really into Bikram yoga. 5 times a week for almost 2 years! Then I stopped - mostly no time, finances. That was a few years ago. I work out, but what makes me feel really fit is having flexibility. I'm trying to figure out if Bikram is still for me. I took a class at a new studio this week. It wasn't as bad as I thought it might be, but it's wasn't easy!
Once upon a time I could touch both palms to the floor... yep, not anymore. I am barely grazing it with my fingertips!
